The Bid Manager is part of Biz Guru Ltd.

Biz Guru Ltd is based in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK, but works nationally and internationally, having consulted and trained in the UK, USA, Sweden, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand. 

 

The Bid Manager is the trade mark designating the bid management consultancy, mentoring, support and training offered by Ms Lee Lister our Managing Consultant.

Payment Information

Fees can be paid as follows:

 

Directly on the Site: We use PayPal.com to securely process our payments. You do not need a PayPal account to make payment - just a major credit card.

 

By Invoice: By prior arrangement only.  Full payment must be made before the training course starts.

Time should be allowed for processing of any payment, but we will usually confirm your booking the same day.  A receipt will be sent with all orders.

 

For courses held outside of the UK, a charge equivalent to a return economy flight will be charged, companies may book these flights if they require. For courses within the UK a cost equivalent to a first class rail ticket may be chargeable at our discretion.

You may request an invoice made out to your company.
 

All of our courses are of the highest quality so refunds will be at the discretion of the managers only.

FastTrack Courses

Biz Guru Services will provide all course materials and the services of a senior consultant.  The course workshops and question and answer sessions can be tailored to any proposals or scenarios that the host company cares to provide in good time.

 

The client is asked to make the appropriate arrangements for room, projector, flip charts, whiteboard and a buffet lunch and light refreshments during the day. 

 

All courses are for up to 12 people per course, except by prior arrangement.  Delegates are requested to wear smart, casual wear on the courses unless their company requests them to wear formal office wear. 

 

All international FastTrack courses will be subject to traveling costs equivalent to an economy flight to the area involved.  Your company may book this flight.

FastTrack Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% is requested. Full fees are due 5 working days before the commencement of the FastTrack course.

 

Cancellations and requests to transfer courses or course dates must be made in writing.  We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, please contact Ms Lee Lister anytime if you have special reasons for cancellations.

 

When cancellations are made for specially requested courses then a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee is due, 100% if within ten working days.

 

When cancellations are made within ten working days of the start of the course then a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee is due.  All other transfers or cancellations are subject to a fee of 25% at our discretion.
 

Start and Finish Times

We start at 9.30 and complete by 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration
 

Minimum Attendance

Many of the courses have workshops as part of the training.  These are not effective for numbers smaller than four people.  Where less than these numbers are booked for a course, the workshops will be substituted for question sessions.

Please contact Biz Guru Services as early as possible to discuss any special need requirements.

Need A Hand? Conditions

The full price of the Guiding Hand package will be required on instigation.  A deposit of at least 50% will be required before dispatch of any goods for the other Need A Hand? packages.  The other 50% will be required on delivery of the products or services.

 

The email or telephone support will be instigated by the client, who will bear the phone or email costs.  All requests will be answered within 24 hours on a working day (Monday to Friday).  An updated time sheet will be provided after each period of support.  Timings are made to the nearest 5 mins.  The support can be taken over a period of three calendar months from initial purchase.

 

All on or off site consultancy objectives must be defined by the client prior to the consultancy start.

 

The standard documents will be provided with any supplied logo and will a full set of documents supporting SuperBid or the Concise Project Methodology.
